Technical equipment

All rooms will be equipped with a beamer/projector. Presentations can be connected via HDMI or USB-C, depending on the room setup. Participants using Apple/Mac devices are kindly requested to bring the appropriate adapters.

Please note that rooms are not equipped with laptops for presenters. Workshop convenors are therefore kindly asked to bring a laptop for their session. Presenters are encouraged to bring their presentation on an external USB drive and coordinate with their workshop convenor regarding presentation logistics.

Internet Access (Wi-Fi)

Participants with Eduroam access may connect directly to the Wi-Fi network through their home institution.

For participants who do not have Eduroam access, a guest Wi-Fi connection will also be available. At HETS-FR (Thursday), please follow the connection procedure : after selecting the network, an access code will be sent by SMS to complete the connection process.
