Semi-Plenaries Program

Semi-plenary organisers should submit their semi-plenary programme via the link below between March 15 and March 30. Along with the final semi-plenary abstract, please provide the speakers’ contact details, as well as the title and abstract of each presentation.

Guidelines :

Each semi-plenary includes three presentations (co-presenters are allowed).

We encourage semi-plenary convenors to consider diversity in the selection of speakers and perspectives.

Convenors may choose to run their semi-plenary in one language, in two languages, or as a trilingual session (English/German/French). However, the language of the titles and abstracts provided by speakers and published in the programme must match the language the speaker will use during the presentation.
